When coming back home after a long, there is nothing better than a quick & healthy diner, something you can just get out of the fridge and…eat.
Homous is one of my favorite bread spread, it’s healthy and easy to make and can be kept in the fridge for quite some time.
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED:
1 glass of cooked chickpeas (leave them in some water the whole night before cooking them. Then rinse them off)
1 small glass of pin nuts
1 tea spoon cumin
1/2 tea spoon coriander
2 table spoons sesame seeds
2 garlic pieces
The juice of 2 limes
1 piece vegetable broth
HOW TO PROCEED
Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix for a few minutes
Taste and add some salt and anything still missing
You can it on some bread, or with salad. Serve it with some fresh basil or coriander.
