BE: BEAUTIFUL – RESCUE EVENING

Having 11 hours working days and not seing the weeks pass by is a situation everyone probably encounters once in a while. But being able to keep in shape and staying fit the following days could seem to be a challenge for some of us.

Like me this week, leaving the apartment during nighttime and coming back during nighttime. Sometimes it can seem discouraging to see your private life quite inexistant. But there are a few good methods to take full advantage of the few hours you have before going to bed and starting it all over again :)
