Since I am not sportive at all, I thought I would write about… sports for you today
When you don’t like working out (except by doing sports you can’t exercice in the city, like swiming in the sea, riding horses on the beach, etc, etc…) and you still decide to do a little something to have a good conscience or to loose some weight, you kind of want what you to to be efficient.
And since I found something really great, I wanted to share it with you: The Tracy Anderson Method “Metamorphosis”
I found out about her because I really love Gwyneth Paltrow (and her legs) and she is actually training with Tracy Anderson, and since I had tried all sorts of work out sessions (and always stopped after a few months), I thought, what the hell, let’s try it.
I have to say Tracy is really convincing, it’s what I call “motivation à l’américaine”. Everything is very well prepared and set up, you get some support from “her” via email, it’s very American. But it’s GOOD!
Damn it it’s hard and I have to confess, I don’t work out an hour everyday like I am supposed to and I don’t do the diet (yes there is a food diet aswell), but I do my best and you can really see a difference and start becoming fitter. She not only trains your “problem areas” but your whole body.
The only negative thing it the delivery from the US, since you have to go get your box at customs . Stupid!
But since we all want a butt like this one…
